SHIPPING & HOLIDAY FAQ

1. Do you need assistance finding a lash style for your eye shape? 

  • We have created an eye shape guide to make it easier for you to find the perfect lashes for your eye shape! Please find our eye shape guide here. If you need any more help finding a lash style or the perfect gift then please chat with us or send us an email! 

2. How long will it take for an order to process?

  • Our Standard Processing Times for orders are 2-4 business days, however, it may take additional time due to an influx of orders. Once your order is processed within our facility you will receive an email confirming your tracking information!

3. Can I cancel my order? 

  • We are shipping orders as quickly as possible! Please email us at info@houseoflashes.com and we will try our best to accommodate your cancelation requests. 

4. Can I change my shipping address? 

  • If you need an address change please contact us immediately at info@houseoflashes.com, we will try our best to change the order address prior to it being shipped. 

5. Can I make edits to my order?

  • Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes. However, we can attempt to cancel the order as soon as possible! If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

6. How long will it take to get my order?

  • For Domestic Orders, it can take 7-14 business days to be delivered via standard shipping. For International Orders, it can take 15-20 business days to be delivered via standard shipping. We do offer faster shipping options if needed, please review our chart for estimated shipping time frames!

7. Does House of Lashes accept returns? 

  • We do! We accept return orders 30-days from the order date. Please visit our return policy here

8. Can I add a promotional offer to my order before the sale starts or after the sale ends? 

  • We are unable to make any changes to an order after or before a sale. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us at info@houseoflashes.com.

9. Can I combine promotions?

  • Only 1 promotional offer can be used per order.
