How do I join?

It's simple and easy to join our loyalty program. All users who create an account on www.HouseofLashes.com will automatically be enrolled in our Loyalty Program.

Do my points expire?

No, your points do not expire. 

Can I get points back if I change my mind on redeeming a gift?

Unfortunately no, points can not be given back once any gift or dollar off offer has been redeemed.

 

How do offers and promotions work?

Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets.

How do I get into a new tier?

Tiers are determined by amount spent per year. In order to maintain this tier the minimum amount spent per year must be reached from the year prior. See below:

Lash Fan - $0+ per year

Lash Lover - $175+ per year

Lash Enthusiast - $350+ per year

Does my tier level expire?

Your tier level will expire if you have not met the minimum yearly purchase amount. 

What do I get with each tier?

Can I use a coupon code and redeem a gift?

Unfortunately at this time you are unable to utilize a coupon code AND redeem a free gift through our loyalty program. 

How do I redeem a free gift?

Once you have used your points to redeem a free gift the next step is to add that particular item to your cart. Once in the cart, apply the coupon code provided to bring the price down to $0. 

How do points work with returns?

In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase (whether or not the Membership Number is presented at the time of return and/or exchange). Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.

Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.

Why didn't I receive my Birthday points?

If you added a birthday that occurred within 30 days of the entry you will not get points until the next year. This is a fraud prevention feature that deters customers from spoofing their birthdate to try and get points. These points will be presented on your birthday, NOT on the date you entered it. Think of this as a birthday gift from us to you!
