Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order minus the shipping fees. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.
We do not accept any exchanges for any products. Any refunds/ exchanges for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gift sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
If you wish to return your order, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message. A customer service representative will respond with all of the necessary steps to proceed with your order return.
Please note, we only accept returns from orders placed on houseoflashes.com. Items purchased from houseoflashes.com, must be returned to House of Lashes, P.O. BOX 18977 Irvine, CA 92623. We highly recommend to purchase tracking information for all returning packages, and to forward any information to customer service.
houseoflashes.com Customer Service Representative will contact you to process a refund upon receipt of the returned items, if necessary. Should you require further assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to contact us. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.
Please allow all orders including Priority & Express methods to process within 2-4 business days especially during HOLiday sales before your package is shipped. Once the package has left our warehouse with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Undeliverable addresses does include incorrect/insufficient address, no p.o. box number, refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address.

Houseoflashes.com is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, and return to sender. Houseoflashes.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

Please allow 3-6 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your items to arrive or longer for standard US Shipping. Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.
For Express & Priority Services, we do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If we receive any PO BOX addresses via these services, we will contact the customer for a residential/business address. Please note, this could take additional processing time and could delay your package an additional 24-48 hours on top of our normal processing time.

Military & US Territories:
Please allow 5-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your items to arrive or longer for standard US Shipping. Shipping services to these areas are limited to US Standard shipping and Priority shipping since all packages are shipped by USPS.
Orders shipped with International Standard Shipping without tracking does take 15-30 business days or longer (excluding holidays and weekends) for your package to arrive depending on the handling with customs and the country’s local post service. Delivery time depends on your selected country and handling with the country customs. Delivery for International Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping is by the country’s local postal service.
