To sign up for a subscription, select your favorite product and on the product page select the "Subscribe and Save" tab. Then, choose your desired order frequency and proceed to checkout as normal.

*Note, your original payment method and shipping address will be used for any recurring order.

Most House of Lashes® false eyelashes, HOL® Clear Lash Glue (4mL), and HOL® Dark Lash Glue (4mL) are available for subscription orders. Last Chance products, accessories, and gift sets are not eligible for subscription.

Cancellations can be made directly on your account or you can contact HOL® Customer Support at info@houseoflashes.com.

Yes! We offer subscription orders to international addresses. As of now, international orders are subject to a shipping charge.

Yes, to do so log into your account, go to subscriptions, click on “Address & Payment details” and select “Manage Address”. You can add a new address or edit your current address.

You can easily manage your subscription in your account. Log into your account to manage:

- Add or swap your subscription product(s).
- Skip or reschedule to a preferred date.
- Edit your subscription address and payment details.
- Send your order immediately.

Log into your account, go to subscriptions, click on “Address & Payment details”, and select manage payment methods. Click on “edit” and send a secure payment link to the email address on file.

Yes! Log in to your account to manage the subscription date. To skip an order, click on “skip”, and the subscription will automatically begin the following subscription date. To reschedule an order, click on “reschedule” and select your preferred delivery date.

Note, this will change for ALL subscription orders.

Yes! We will send an email notification 3 days prior to your next shipment date. You will receive another email with your order confirmation and confirmation that the payment has been processed.
