RETURNS FOR US CUSTOMERS
HOL wants to make returns as simple as possible! We now offer a prepaid return shipping label for eligible and qualified returns made in the US. A $5 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all US Orders

Complete your return request. Please allow 2-4 business days (additional time may be needed during weekends and Holidays) for a Return Specialist to approve the return. If your return is approved, you will receive your return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. If your return is disapproved, you will receive an email confirming the reason.
SEND BACK TO US
Recycling? HOL approves! Pack the approved return item(s) in the original shipping package. Apply the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off to your nearest post office. Please ensure your order Invoice or receipt is included in the package.

Your return will be processed within 10 business days of being delivered. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. If Store Credit is selected, an E-gift code will be sent to the email on file once the return is processed and ready for use on houseoflashes.com!

High-Value Order and Returns Review
All orders exceeding $300 USD are required to undergo an additional review of the return request to ensure fairness and prevent potential policy abuse. All orders over $500 USD will also be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. House of Lashes reserves the right to reject the return or offer alternative solutions to a full refund. After three returns, House of Lashes reserves the right to offer store credit or other alternative solutions instead of full refunds, limit future return options, and conduct a review of the customer's return history.
Special Product Restrictions
Gift Cards and Lash Glue Products (including HOL® CLEAR Lash Glue, HOL® DARK Lash Glue, and Lash & Dash® Glue Liner - Satin Black) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Adverse Events
House of Lashes values all of our customer experiences and ensures the safety of all products sold to our customers in new, unused conditions upon purchase and shipping. In the case of an adverse event, please contact info@houseoflashes.com.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to info@houseoflashes.com with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 60 days from receipt date.
House of lashes can only accept orders placed on Houseoflashes.com. If House of Lashes considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by Houseoflashes.com. If the item is addressed after 60 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.
